Preparing a delicious breakfast at home is a typical task for busy bees! But it's not that difficult as one thinks. One can give a go with chicken, eggs, toasts, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes along with a cup of coffee or tea.

Easy Meal For Chicken Lovers

CHicken with Mushrooms

Slice the mushrooms and marinate them with salt, pepper, olive oil and thyme and set them to a side. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and put the minced chicken or chicken breasts. Halve and grill the baby tomatoes on the grilling pan and take them into a plate. Now, add the marinated mushrooms and grilled tomatoes to the chicken and let it cook for few more minutes. Take it off the flame and serve hot.

Go With Ready-To-Cook Foods

Sausages and potato wedges

Heat oil in a pan and toss the sausages till they are nicely cooked. Meanwhile, heat oil for deep frying in a wok and fry potato wedges until golden brown and take them into a plate.

Cook The Eggs

Poached Egg

Eggs should be cooked at last as the yolks should be runny and whites are well cooked. Heat up a pan and put some butter into it. Crack two eggs on each side and prepare poached eggs. In case you don't want the eggs runny, cook it till the yolk goes opaque, signalling that the eggs are done.

Toast The Bread

Put the bread in a toaster and wait till they pop up. Make sure the toasts are brown and not burnt. Keep the butter next to the toaster. Smear generously on warm toast. Top it with a fresh cream and fruit jam to enhance the taste of the toasted bread. You can also go with sauteed mushrooms on toast which will be a classic addition to your meal.

Serve With Coffee Or Tea


Place all the cooked ingredients on one big plate and serve potato wedges in a bowl on the side. Serve it with a hot cuppa of coffee or tea.
