It is obvious most of us crave for a flavoursome pizza when it is chilling outside. Despite its high-calorie pushing nature, we love to enjoy every bite of it. Ingredients To Prepare Mushroom Pizza
Mushrooms – 1 ½ cup, cleaned and sliced
Green capsicum – 1, diced
Red capsicum – 1, diced
Onion – 1, sliced into halves
Olives – 12
Cheese – 2 cups, grated
Pizza sauce – ¼ cup
Dried oregano – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – As required
Method To Prepare For Pizza Topping
Take a bowl and add in the mushrooms, capsicums, olives and onions. Drizzle some olive oil over them and mix well until coated evenly. Season with the salt and pepper and mix well.
Preparation Of Mushroom Pizza
Preheat the oven to 200o C. Smear the baking tray with some oil.
Take one portion of the dough onto a floured flat floor. Roll it out to form a round of about ¼ thickness.
Smear the raw roti with some olive oil and then with the pizza sauce.
Spread the grated cheese over it. Top with the topping prepared above. Again add it with some cheese. Finally, sprinkle the oregano.
Repeat the same for the remaining dough and the topping.
Move them onto the pizza tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese melts slightly and the base goldens.
Serve the sizzling fast flavour 'Mushroom Pizza' with sauce.
