So, why do not you prepare a special chicken recipe this weekend at home? But bothered about the process of cooking? Preparing food is like playing game, if you know the right process. EeYuva is ready to make your cooking game delicious with this dish, 'Chicken-Cauliflower Curry'.

Ingredients You Require

Chicken – 500 g; Cauliflower, chopped – 1; Spinach – 1 small bunch; Medium sized onion, chopped – 1; Chopped tomatoes – 2; Coconut milk – 1 cup; Green chillies – 2; Chilli powder – ½ tsp; Pepper powder – ½ tsp; Turmeric powder – 1 tsp; Chopped ginger – 1 tsp; Crushed garlic – 3 cloves; Whole spices powder – 1 tsp; Salt to taste; Oil as required

Initial Steps To Follow

Clean and chop chicken into small pieces. Blanch cauliflower florets and spinach separately and set them aside. Shallow fry chicken in heated oil until half cooked and take them into a plate.

Method To Prepare Cauliflower Chicken

  1. Fry the chopped onions in heated oil until translucent. Then goes green chillies, ginger, garlic and saute them for a minute.

  2. Now, add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, pepper powder and give a quick stir; let them toss till the tomatoes become soft.

  3. It's time to go for coconut milk, salt, fried chicken, cauliflower and bring it to boil on high flame. Stir well and let it cook on simmer until tender.

  4. Add water/ stock; if needed. Check the consistency; stir in the spinach and rest it for a while on low flame till spinach mix well in the curry.

Dish out and savour the hot chicken-cauliflower gravy either with steamed rice or roti.
